Configuring a metal part with the MetalsCut4U "wizard" is easy.
Today we would like to show you some examples of what customers configured lately, configuring a unique
U-Channel / U Channel.
The process of configuring the U channel you really need is simple and easy.

In any case, you will have to answer 4 easy questions, by clicking on your selection.
Enter the measurements and press calculate.
If you like what you see, and you order the metal part online, we will fabricate the U Channel by
- programming the metal part in our CAD program
- cutting it with our Laser cutting machine
- and bending the cut sheet metal based on your specs.
As you can see there are many different U Channel you can configure. There are basically no restrictions.
Based on your requirements of your DIY project, we fabricate the U Channel of your choice and selection of sheet metal (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel).
We will always start from a plain sheet metal, there is nothing sitting in any shelf to just be ready to be picked and shipped to you. This is also the reason that we have a lead time for fabrication.
